Terms and conditions of use

The purpose of the present conditions is to define the General Terms and Conditions of Sale between Twenty and the User, from the act of purchase to the various services provided by Twenty, such as payment methods and order delivery conditions. These conditions are intended to regulate the entire purchasing process and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the parties involved.

Orders

In order to complete your order successfully, you will be asked to provide certain personal details, such as your e-mail address, name, address, telephone number, etc. The User must fill in all mandatory fields. When making an online purchase, the User expresses his or her full and complete acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products concerned by this transaction. These terms and conditions are the only ones that may be applied between the two parties.

Payment

Twenty offers various means of payment

Payment on delivery: in cash or by check (in this case, the customer must present his CIN or a copy of his CIN, payable to Sté BB Créa) + his cell phone number.
Online payment by credit card (CIB, Visa, Mastercard, La Poste Tunisienne)

In this case, the customer must enter his or her card number, date of validity and the three-digit security code on the back of the card, directly in the area provided for this purpose (entry secured by SSL encryption) on the site.

The amount of orders paid by credit card is cashed at the time of purchase on www.twenty.tn.

In certain cases, notably in the event of non-payment, incorrect address or other problem with the customer's account, www.twenty.tn reserves the right to suspend the customer's order until the problem has been resolved.

Pricing policy

Orders are concluded in the official currency of the country of purchase, all taxes included. All prices include VAT (if applicable) at the current legal rate. Twenty reserves the right to modify prices and specifications without prior notice.

Twenty is committed to protecting your privacy and making your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. This statement applies solely to the Twenty website, which collects and processes personal data from our customers.

Collection of your personal data

Your data is collected for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with a better service. We will send you emails to keep you informed about the status of your orders. You also have the option to unsubscribe from all marketing communications.

The personal data collected by Twenty are: E-mail, Name, Address(es): Home and/or Work, Phone Number, Country and/or City, Date of Birth... Please note that if you disclose personal information on Twenty's networks such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. this information may be seen and used by others.

Use of your personal data

Twenty collects and uses your personal information to manage the www.twenty.tn website and to provide you with services you have requested. Your personal data is also used to inform you of new products and/or services available from our website and affiliates. You can always be contacted for questionnaires and surveys, to find out your opinion on services or potential new services we may offer. Twenty does not use or disclose personal information without your explicit consent. Twenty does not sell or share customer data with third parties. However, you may be contacted by our business partners about offers that may be of interest to you. Promotional codes

Promotional codes may be offered for any item or a certain portion of purchases, or even for specific products on the Twenty website.
Each promotional code will be subject to specific conditions indicated at the time of issue, namely the duration of use of the code.
Coupon codes are not cumulative. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
A coupon code cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
If the coupon code has expired, you will not be able to use it.
If a promo code is offered to you and it does not work properly due to fraud, modifications, technical errors or anything else beyond our control that affects the operation, administration, security or fairness of the code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promo code.
